    Anthony Tilton

    Shareholder, Ausley McMullen Law Firm

    Anthony Tilton is a Shareholder with Ausley McMullen’s Construction Law Practice Group. Anthony’s work in construction law includes the representation of builders, contractors, and subcontractors throughout Florida in defect, contract, and administrative matters.

    David Altmaier

    Lobbyist/Consultant, The Southern Group

    David served as Florida’s Insurance Commissioner from 2016 – 2022. He was the president of the NAIC in 2021, and he was the vice-chair of the IAIS executive committee from 2019 – 2022.

    Abena Ojetayo

    Assistant City Manager, City of Tallahassee

    Abena started with the City in 2017 as its first Chief Resilience Officer, and is now the Assistant City Manager responsible for the areas of Fleet, Housing and Community Services, Human Resources and StarMetro. Most recently, Abena served as the Director of Housing and Community Resilience. Prior to her tenure with the City, she worked internationally and nationally on sustainability, resiliency and development projects including at Cornell University and Florida Agriculture & Mechanical University. She has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Cornell University. Additionally, she is a LEED accredited professional.
