FAQs
Q: I want to get more involved with ULI. Where do I start?
A: The best way to get involved is to attend our educational programs and networking events. If you are looking to dive deeper, please refer to our get involved page or contact one of our committee chairs for more information. You can also contact a ULI staff person to discuss which committee might be the best fit for you.
Q: I am having difficulty registering for an event. Can you help me?
A: Check to see if registration has closed (registration usually closes 2 days before the event date). If it has not closed, please call ULI Customer Service at (800) 321-5011
Q: I’d like to attend an event but registration is closed. Can I still go?
A: Unless the event website says “Sold out” or “Registration required”, you can still show up and register onsite. Please note that for most events, registration fees increase the day of the event. We always recommend calling ULI staff to check: (904) 486-8256.
Q: My password is not working when I try to log-in to my profile on the ULI website. What should I do?
A: You can reset your password on the log-in page. If this does not work, please call ULI Customer Service (800) at 321-5011.
Q: Why am I not receiving ULI North Florida’s emails? Have you added ULI North Florida to your “safe senders” list?
A: If yes, please make sure your email address is current by checking your profile on ULI’s national website. If your information is up-to-date, please call ULI Customer Service at (800) 321-5011.
Q: How do I become a member or renew my membership?
A: Go to www.uli.org/JoinULI to renew your membership or decide which package is right for you. Still have questions? Please don’t hesitate to contact our staff.
Q: Is my ULI Member Profile up to date?
A: View this slide deck to help you update your ULI Dashboard, membership, and your communication preferences. This presentation can also show you how to be a visiting member to other District Councils around the globe
