Though ULI North Florida is headquartered in Jacksonville, the region includes 38 Counties stretching through Gainesville into the Panhandle.
Gainesville is an active region for the ULI North Florida District Council with 100+ members in the surrounding area. The Gainesville Leadership committee leads the north-central region by coordinating local meetings, programs and initiatives.
The ULI Gainesville Leadership is looking for passionate leaders to get involved with the local ULI community and programs!
If you have unique interests, we invite you to take the next step and get involved with your ULI membership. We have opportunities for our members to get involved directly with ULI planning programs and leading or participating on committees, as well as ways to participate on the national ULI stage. Please reach out to the Gainesville Leadership (below) or ULI Staff (Carolyn Clark) to get learn more about getting involved!
Trends in Real Estate
The Gainesville Leadership hosts the Trends in Real Estate each year. This event and reception brings in a speaker from ULI or Pricewaterhouse Coopers to speak to trends in the industry.
Emerging Trends in Real Estate® is an annual series of trends and forecast publications that reflect the views of leading real estate executives in three global regions—Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Undertaken jointly with PWC and the Urban Land Institute, Emerging Trends in Real Estate®provides an outlook on real estate investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas, and other real estate issues.
Each year, the Gainesville Leadership holds the Moving Dirt: Projects Changing the Landscape in Gainesville event where the showcase projects in the area via a rapid-fire panel. This event is a great overview of what’s new and upcoming from big players in the area.
