    The iDistrict is a Public Private Partnership between the University of Florida and Private-Sector investors to create a catalyst space in proximate to the University and the City’s Core. Originally planned and designed with professional consultants Perkins & Will, the district encompasses land between U.F.’s campus and Downtown and from Depot Avenue north crossing University Avenue in some areas.
