This year's program features a local panel as well as a national outlook from featured speaker Haley Anderson of PwC, presenting the highly anticipated 2025 Emerging Trends in Real Estate forecast. Tallahassee ranks #33 in the report, and is recognized as the “Biggest Mover”, jumping 36 spots as family growth reshapes Florida's capital.
The program also includes a local panel featuring Dr. Karen Jumonville, Deputy City Manager, City of Tallahassee and a representative from Florida State University. The discussion will be moderated by John McNeil, SIOR, Principal and Commercial Advisor at NAI TALCOR and ULI Capital Region Board Member.
