The class tackles land use issues in north Florida that are presented in a report at the culmination of the Center for Leadership. This year’s class will focus on the adaptive reuse of older structures within the National Historical District in Downtown Jacksonville for the Downtown Investment Authority (DIA).
“DIA applauds the value and expertise ULI brings not only to Jacksonville, but to downtown.” Said DIA CEO, Lori Boyer. “ULI’s mission closely aligns with that of DIA, and we very much appreciate our relationship with the North Florida Chapter and their interest in our adaptive reuse programs and initiatives. We are thrilled to be included in this year’s technical assistance panel and look forward to the research, insights and ideas that will come out of this important effort.”
