The ULI North Florida District Council was formed in 2005 and has nearly 300 members. Formerly ULI Jacksonville, the North Florida District Council is one of the newest and fastest growing District Councils, offering its members numerous programs and events focused on industry-related topics including infrastructure, sustainability, place-making and more.

Our District Council serves 34 counties from Flagler to Escambia, including Gainesville, Tallahassee, Panama City and Pensacola.
